This includes best practice advice on user acceptance testing and training across group, region and local functions alongside Partnership and business services stakeholders. This service can be incorporated into the other Attest Services or extended to include active participation in solution testing and user training.

Critical to successful adoption is stakeholder engagement, secured with regular and insightful communication, blended with expectation management throughout the project lifecycle. Process and project oversight is designed to deliver solution configuration and development ownership skills for key client stakeholders by actively supporting knowledge transfer at all stages of the project lifecycle.
