Governance Services provide full project lifecycle governance in-line with any client polices and agreed mandates. Typically, this service provides project boards run and managed by Attest. Weekly project boards align goals and project progress, identify risks and report to client project teams. Monthly project boards deep dive into the project and associated projects including identifying risk mitigation tasks, alignment of project status to mandate and identification of all status requirements to report to all key stakeholders. Our service includes attendance and active participation in all steering committee meetings, including creation and distribution of documentation preceding all meetings. This service can extend to participation or reporting to broader client boards typically in leaderships, business services or other project boards as required.

This service is critical to provide the framework to enable projects to be delivered on time and on budget whilst managing client stakeholders to identify risks provide mitigation advice and drive user adoption upon project completion.
